Job description
- Receiving and reviewing procurement system service requests (resolution of vendor and customer queries, Master Data requests, Orders approval, report’s creation)
- Being an escalation point for complex queries
- Processing files documents according to procedures for audit purposes
- Continually striveing to identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve processes
- Proactively sharing knowledge and best practices
- Continually seeking out ways to improve Client satisfaction

Candidate’s profile
- Very good knowledge of French (B2/C1) and English languages (B2)
- Experience in Procurement or Accounts Payable area would be an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
