Oferta zatrudnienia:

For the one of our clients we are looking for Deputy Manager for Releasing and Cataloguing department.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing all activities performed by the teams
• Ensuring the SLA’s/KPI’s and customer satisfaction requirements and targets are met
• Motivates and manages team or teams
• Manages and plans development and training of reporting teams
• Sets goals, reviews and provides feedback
• Manages the workload of all reporting teams
• Ensures the internal and external performance metrics and KPI’s are available and published within the agreed timelines
• Cooperates with the Data Services Product Team to provide input into Authoring tools development and process improvement initiatives
• Reviews program plans and collaborates with the Manager to establish the necessary work plans for the team
• Acts as the primary escalation point
• Maintains the high quality of provided services ensuring the quality goals are met
• Ensures all relevant processes in scope are adequately documented
• Participates in the staff recruitment and selection process
• Supports relevant new projects and processes introduced across the Authoring Team
• Cooperation with other managers and leaders
• Performs other related duties in scope for delivering the service

Oczekiwania wobec pracownika:

• Previous experience as Team Leader or Manager in areas as Service Desk, Technical Support, Customer Service (more technical area)
• Experience of delivering the service to the agreed KPI’s
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Leadership skills Problem solving ability
• Strong communication skills
• Very good English skills
• Experience of working with large data sets
