What will you do:
As Accountant in Order To Cash Department you will handle B2B relations with our customers. Mainly related to:
- Cash Application; Billing; Credit memo issuance & Collection of due receivables
- Disputes & Deductions handling
- Queries resolution
- Influencing internal teams as well as customers, negotiating and building long term business relationship
- Cooperating closely witch other teams (customer service, sales, finance managers)
- Reporting & forecasting
Oczekiwania wobec pracownika:
What do we expect?
- Fluent English (C1)
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service/ Order to Cash/ Accountancy
- Microsoft package
- Preferably knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems
