For our Client international company which work in different areas of business like IT, consulting and accountancy we are currently looking for a Back Specialist with French/German/Dutch/Czech language.
 
Responsibilities:

• Analyzing data in foreign language
• Providing support and consultancy related to information provided by Client
• Making decisions whether the policy process are not violated
• Preparing reports for Clients
• Participate in team meetings

Oczekiwania wobec pracownika:

• Fluency in one of language French/German/Dutch/Czech
• Very good English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Min. 6 months of experience in Customer Service
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good communication skills
